Real Time Bulk Power Pricing

Our special niche with this product is providing the Customer with direct access to the wholesale bulk power market.  This enables commercial, industrial, institutional and public entities to participate in the regions bulk power market without the burdens, obligations and cost of membership to the New England Power Pool.  (ISO-NE)  The Customer will be purchasing power as close to the wholesale market as you can get plus a transparent adder. 

Take advantage of power priced hourly in the real time “spot” or “day ahead” market and Off-Peak pricing by using Real Time Pricing.

Out of 168 hours in a week, 88 of those are typically billed at Off-Peak rates.  Peak rates are typically from 7:00 to 11:00 PM; Off-Peak rates are typically from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM Monday through Friday and all weekend. Customers who have operations that run around the clock or have increasing loads into the evenings and weekends, are prime candidates to take advantage of Real Time electricity pricing.  If your company or organization operates 20% or more in the Off-Peak and places a high importance on maximizing savings, no better pricing model exist.

How It Works

The customer signs a month-to-month renewable, 30-day notice, flexible contract that provides for the maximum cost savings.  Longer term contracts are available.  Each monthly invoice is a transparent transaction against a publicly available ISO-NE pricing.

We have hedge products they provide stop loss capabilities.  Year over year, your electric energy cost will be lower using this Real Time product.

Risk: Higher – but can be limited with upside hedge products.
